Heating Elements
Heating elements are the primary source of thermal energy in electric melting furnaces. Boli Technology supplies a full spectrum of heating elements crafted from high-temperature resistance wire, silicon carbide (SiC) rods, and molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) rods-. Our silicon carbide elements deliver exceptional durability and stable resistance characteristics for high-temperature applications, while MoSi₂ elements excel in extreme-temperature environments where oxidation resistance is critical. Induction Coils & Electrical Components
For induction melting furnace systems, Boli Technology provides high-performance induction coils manufactured from specialized square copper tubing with a maximum thickness of 8mm to prevent deformation and breakage. Our coils feature high-strength resin bakelite insulating columns with M16 copper screws, phlogopite insulation layers to prevent carbonization and sparking, and DuPont anti-arc insulating paint coatings for extended service life. Each induction coil undergoes vacuum helium leak detection and triple pressure/water flow inspection before shipment. We also supply yokes, water-cooled cables, reactors, main control boards, and other critical induction furnace components.
